  1. Who is this program for? This program is for anyone who wants to build a strong, flexible, and coordinated body and get the looks as byproduct.
  2. Do I need to have any skills to do this? You need a basic awareness of your body and the ability to do exercises correctly. I provided each exercise with a video, you can always film yourself and try to find what are you doing wrong.
  3. What equipment I will need? Basic gym equipment which can be found in almost any gym:
    • Gymnastic rings or TRX suspension (Rings are preferred)
    • Dumbbells or kettlebells
    • Barbell and weights.
    • Pull Up & Dip Bar
