- Who is this program for? This program is for anyone who wants to build a strong, flexible, and coordinated body and get the looks as byproduct.

What equipment I will need? Basic gym equipment which can be found in almost any gym:
- Gymnastic rings or TRX suspension (Rings are preferred)
- Dumbbells or kettlebells
- Barbell and weights.
- Pull Up & Dip Bar
- Is this beginner-friendly? It’s designed for people with at least a little bit of training experience. You’ll get exercise variations for your level.
- How is this delivered? You will get a link to Notion app template. You get a clean dashboard with everything ready to go. Just click “Duplicate” to make it your own.
- What if I need help during the program? If you want personal feedback, weekly check-ins, or adjustments to fit your goals — choose the Coaching Included option.
